# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 slices sourdough or brioche bread

→ Cheese & Filling

02 - 120 grams Brie cheese, sliced
03 - 1 small crisp apple (e.g., Granny Smith), thinly sliced
04 - 2 tablespoons honey

→ Butter

05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

→ Garnish (optional)

06 - 2 small strips roasted red bell pepper (for flame)
07 - 2 thin chive stems (for wick)

# Method:

01 - Warm a large skillet or griddle over medium heat until hot.
02 - Lightly spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
03 - Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a clean work surface. Layer Brie slices evenly over them, followed by apple slices. Drizzle one tablespoon of honey over each assembled slice.
04 - Cover with remaining bread slices, buttered side up, then gently press to secure the layers together.
05 - Cook sandwiches on the heated skillet for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and cheese has melted. Press gently with a spatula while grilling to seal.
