02 - 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

03 - 300 g (10 oz) white chocolate or candy melts
04 - 50 g (1.75 oz) dark chocolate (optional, for drizzling)
05 - Christmas-themed sprinkles or crushed candy canes
# Method:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Process Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or place in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
03 - In a large bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth and fully integrated.
04 - Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls; place them on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Freeze the formed balls for 30 minutes to firm.
06 - Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
07 - Dip chilled balls into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Lift with a fork allowing excess to drip off, then place on the baking sheet.
08 - Optionally drizzle with melted dark chocolate and immediately decorate with festive sprinkles or crushed candy canes.
09 - Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes until the coating is firm.
