# Method:

04 - Form the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
05 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
06 - Lightly flour a surface and roll the dough to 1/5 inch thickness. Use heart and star-shaped cutters to create cookies, making a small hole near the top of each for threading ribbons.
07 - Arrange the shapes on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
