# Method:

02 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden. Repeat to make 5 pancakes. Allow to cool, then cut each pancake in half to yield 10 semi-circles.
