01 -  Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
 02 -  Whisk sweet tea, melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth. 
 03 -  In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 
 04 -  Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture just until combined. Avoid overmixing. 
 05 -  Mix 1/2 cup sugar with 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon in a small bowl. 
 06 -  Portion heaping tablespoons of dough, flatten slightly, add a pinch of cinnamon sugar filling, then roll to enclose filling. 
 07 -  Place formed balls onto prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. 
 08 -  Bake for 16–18 minutes until lightly golden and set. 
 09 -  Allow to cool for 5 minutes; while still warm, roll each ball in melted butter, then coat evenly in cinnamon sugar mixture. 
 10 -  Serve warm or at room temperature.
