02 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (approximately 3 lemons)
03 - 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

# Method:
01 - Place watermelon cubes, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey or agave syrup, and mint leaves into a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
03 - Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing with a spoon to extract maximum liquid.
04 - Stir in cold water to the strained liquid until thoroughly combined. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
