- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon until thoroughly blended.
- Whisk the melted butter, cold buttermilk, and egg in a separate bowl until fully combined.
- Stir wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just incorporated; avoid over mixing the batter.
- Fold shredded sharp cheddar cheese and crushed Flamin Hot Cheetos into the batter until evenly distributed.
- Blend the topping sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Scoop large spoonfuls of batter into the prepared loaf pan, layering half of the cinnamon sugar topping in the middle, then cover with the remaining batter.
- Drizzle the loaf's surface with melted butter and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture evenly on top.
- Bake for 32 to 38 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center emerges clean.
- Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out by the parchment and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
