# Method:

01 - Chop all meats and cheeses into bite-sized pieces using a chef’s knife on a cutting board.
02 - Combine chopped meats, cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, pepperoncini, roasted red peppers, olives, and cucumber in a large mixing bowl.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper thoroughly until emulsified.
04 - Add the dressing to the bowl and toss the mixture until all ingredients are well coated.
05 - Split the hoagie or ciabatta rolls and, if preferred, lightly toast them.
06 - Spoon the chopped filling generously onto each roll using serving tongs or a large spoon.
07 - Serve sandwiches immediately, or wrap tightly and refrigerate for up to 2 hours to enhance flavor.
