01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 4 oz goat cheese, softened
03 - ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
08 - ¼ teaspoon salt

09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
12 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
→ Serving
13 - 30–40 assorted crackers (use gluten-free crackers if desired)
# Method:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, goat cheese, cheddar, chives, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt together until smooth and fully integrated.
02 - Transfer the cheese mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap; shape into an 8-inch log, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm.
03 - In a shallow dish, combine parsley, dill, chives, and lemon zest, mixing thoroughly.
04 - Unwrap the chilled cheese log and roll evenly in the herb mixture, pressing gently to ensure full coating on all sides.
05 - Place the herb-coated cheese log in the center of a serving platter and arrange crackers in a circular ring around it.
06 - Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until needed. For optimal texture, allow the log to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes prior to serving.
