04 - Spread the crème fraîche sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly atop the sauce.
06 - Distribute sliced pickles and red onion, if using, over the cheese.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
08 - Remove from oven, garnish with fresh dill, slice, and serve immediately.
