# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
02 - Place pear halves cut side up in the prepared baking dish.
03 - Drizzle pears with honey or maple syrup, sprinkle with cinnamon, and add vanilla extract over each half.
04 - Roast in the oven for 22 to 25 minutes, until pears are tender and slightly caramelized.
