01 - 10 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed

03 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
04 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
05 - 1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

09 - 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

# Method:

01 - Combine cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise, chives, dill, black pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and fully blended.
02 - Arrange bread slices on a flat surface and spread each with a generous layer of the filling mixture. Top with another bread slice to form 5 sandwiches. Press gently.
03 - Using a 1.5-inch round cookie cutter, cut four circles from each sandwich.
04 - Spread shredded coconut on a plate for coating.
05 - Lightly brush sandwich bite edges with water or additional cream cheese to help coconut stick.
06 - Roll the sides and tops of each sandwich bite in the shredded coconut to create a snowball effect.
