# Method:
01 - Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
02 - Fry turkey bacon in the skillet until crispy, approximately 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
03 - Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.
04 - Apply half a tablespoon of light cream cheese on the unbuttered side of each bread slice.
