Ingredients
- Flavoured Cream Cheese: 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract, zest of 1 small lemon (optional)
 - Toppings: 150 g (1 cup) mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), 2 tbsp chopped toasted pistachios or almonds, 1 tbsp dried edible rose petals (optional), 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or shavings, 2 tbsp granola (optional), 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, torn
 - To Serve: 1 French baguette or loaf of brioche sliced and lightly toasted, extra honey or maple syrup for drizzling
 
Instructions
- Whip The Cream Cheese:
 - In a medium bowl beat the softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until smooth and fluffy.
 - Spread On Board:
 - Using a spatula spread the flavoured cream cheese evenly onto a clean large serving board or platter swirling for texture.
 - Add Berries:
 - Arrange mixed berries attractively over the cream cheese layer.
 - Sprinkle Toppings:
 - Sprinkle chopped nuts, chocolate chips, granola, and dried rose petals.
 - Drizzle Sweetener:
 - Drizzle lightly with extra honey or maple syrup.
 - Garnish & Serve:
 - Garnish with torn mint leaves and serve immediately with toasted bread slices or brioche.
